Who runs this site

This website is run by TAPCo Plumbing.

What the form asks for

When you send the form we get your name, your phone number and the job you pick from the list, plus which page you sent it from. Our website host also logs the time, your IP address and your browser type with it.

How it is used

Only to get back to you about your inquiry. We do not sell it, and we only share it as this page describes. The form is handled by our website host, Netlify, and comes to us by email. The team that looks after this website for us also gets a copy, so no inquiry gets missed.

Google Ads and cookies

This site uses Google Ads tags, which set cookies, so we can see which of our ads lead to calls and inquiries. Google handles that data under its own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). You can block or clear cookies in your browser and this site still works.

Call tracking

If you came from one of our Google ads, the phone number on this site may show as a Google forwarding number. It rings straight through to us. Google records basic details of the call, such as the time, how long it lasted and the caller's area code, so we can count calls from our ads.
